OPKs - which to use and when?

I have a pack of CB and also some internet cheapies. I'm quite confused about the whole OPK thing.

It seems CB is best in the morning with FMU, but the static smiley may be best caught in the evening.

I understand internet cheapies are best used in the afternoon/evening with held urine to track the line getting darker than the control.

Has anyone developed a good routine with either or both and found the results more accurate?

I feel like I'm going to be constantly POAS throughout my entire fertility window!

I use Poundland cheapies which seem to work fine as in I get my darker line alongside ovulation pain

When do you use them? Same time everyday, and once a day?

Yep same time once a day from days 9-18. The lines get darker until day 14-15 then lighter again after that.

Once you start using them, if you have a regular cycle you'll prob find you only need to use them says 12-16, but see how you go. 5 sticks for a pound dsnt break the bank either way
