We’ve been ttc for about 6 months now, and this month is looking really optimistic BUT I’m afraid I’m getting too swept up in the positive symptoms and I’m setting myself up for a fall.

So far I’ve had:
Nausea
Headaches
Weird dreams
Dry mouth
Brown spotting and mild cramps for about 3 - 4 days
Stuff tastes weird
Crying at random stuff (I’m not a crier)
The way I smell has changed (happen with my other pregnancy but never any other time)

IF I’m pregnant then it’s only by about two weeks. Official test day is tomorrow, but I’ve tried one of those early indicator tests (BFN).

I keep trying to tell myself that it’s too early. I keep trying not to freak out. It’s not working. Any words of wisdom?

You have to tell yourself that the first sign of pregnancy for nearly everyone is a late period. There are no symptoms before then, just coincidences. Try to hold onto that and don't get your hopes up until you're late

It's really hard not to get your hopes up. Fingers crossed for you Flowers

I agree with kitkatsky it's so hard waiting and I know you read it everywhere but your missed period really is the first sign. I've been on here plenty of times hoping I had the same symptoms as someone that's pregnant only to be let down. I actually got sick of symptom spotting because I was always wrong, in the end I just waited it out until I was a day late and took a test and now I'm 10 weeks pregnant. You've just got to try and stay patient I know it's so hard! Good luck I hope you get that bfp xxx
