Really faint line

Hi all

I am off my pill over a month and got no period. Today I did a test as I'm feeling kind of weird. I got a very very faint line in the positive window. Could I be pregnant?

If there's a line it certainly sounds like it. I guess only way to know for sure is with a bit and do another test.
