Hiya guys, have been recommended to take Angus Cactus to regulate my periods and correct any hormonal imbalance. I'm desperate to stay out of the hands of fertility doctors as long as possible. Anyone got an experience or heard any story's of this helping people TTC? Xxx

I take it to shorten my cycles and it certainly works for that. This enabled me to have more cycles a year- so more chances of concieveing and I did eventually conceive my little boy so it did help me 🙂

That's brilliant. I'm also hoping it will help with acne and PCOS symptoms. Really please to hear a success story. Xxx

Hi OP. I took it when I was first diagnosed with pcos and had great success with it losing weight and cycles more regular. Then took it for about 8 weeks after 16 months hth DS. Got of with him months after trying. I have had no joy with ttc2 for 5 years. Just started Angus Castus last week again!! No harm giving it a go
Good luck 🤞

Sorry autocorrect!

@Angelmiracle That's brilliant, I'm loving these stories. I hope I find the same with weight loss. I'm the heaviest I've ever been and despite making positive changes I just keep putting weight on and know that it's really effecting my fertility. Xxx

Along with a good preconception multi vitamin and Omega 3 fish oils these worked for me xx

It's agnus rather than angus (might help with any google searches). I did not find it helped, but I know people who swear by it, so why not give it a go. It's not all that expensive.

Hahahahahaha! Autocorrect fail! Angus Cactus sounds so much better though lol xxx

I tried it for 3 months in the hope it would shorten my cycle, it made no difference. Nothing ventured, nothing gained & all of that.
