Hi wondering if anyone could help me. I've been tracking my cycle since February and I'm always exactly 28 days. This has been my first month TTC and I'm currently 3 days late but the (millions of) tests I have done are all negative :-( I've been having my normal period symptoms but nothing has arrived. When do you think I should see a doctor? Or should I just wait it out? Thanks

This exact thing happened to me first month TTC. I believe it’s the phenomenon known as ‘Sod’s law’... as soon as you start trying, that’s the month your cycle has a blip! Can also be if you started taking prenatal vitamins. Don’t lose heart. It’ll happen.

Thanks for the reply @Melamine. It's so annoying isn't it! I thought maybe the psychological aspect of TTC could've caused af to be late but I've been on holiday until today so I haven't thought about it much. Wish she would just arrive and get it over with!

Any change in routine (eg holiday) can cause cycle changes.

I believe it must have been my holiday that changed my cycle routine @Melamin. I finally came on yesterday, hope it doesn't make a habit of coming late now and I fall back in to my normal cycle.
