To test or not to test?

OH and I decided to start TTC in Sept this year. He is currently deployed with the Army, and we spent mid-deployment leave together in June. He will be back in Sept, hence the TTC date.

I was ovulating when he was home, and there is a possibility that I could be pregnant. I completely understand that my chances are slim, but I’m naturally very optimistic! 😊

I’m now (only) 2days late.

I have a couple of tests, but I’m reluctant to test without my OH here ☹️

I am actually 36....and I know that I’m sounding like a massive big baby about it! It’s something I want us to share, testing, and although if I AM, there’s no hiding from it, I just feel a bit of denial and a lot of confusion.

WWYD?

Will he not be back until September? That's a long time to wait op. Lol

Does he know you're late or anything? Why not do a test while you're on the phone so he feels included? Xx

Test! If you’re late then do it. Are your cycles usually fairly regular? Any other symptoms?
Maybe let him know that you’re going to be testing so he is aware. X

Just test, 2 days late should give a clear response.

Personally thats a long time to wait, I don't think I could wait that long!
I think you should test, perhaps record the whole thing so if it does turn out to be a BFP you can share that first reaction with him? x

I would test! You can't wait until September, you'd know by then. Good luck :)
