Cycle all over the place / how to balance hormones

My cycles have been all over the place since I had my cranitomy 2 years ago. I was referred to a gyno who's now sent me to the reproductive medicine centre at the hospital. I had my first consultation about a week ago. I worked out my cycles and in the last year I've had 9. My last period was on the 5/5/18 so I'm now on cycle day 64 and still no period. I get all the symptoms around the time I should come on but nothing since. I've done a test and it's negative. Does anyone know what vitamins are the best to try and regulate hormones as I think it's my hormones that are all over the place and is it likely that the consultant will give me anything?

Hello I know pregnacare conception has mixed reviews but I took this coming off the pill straight away and I went into regular cycles. It was only when I came off it that my cycles have gone crazy long. May be worth trying?
