Trying to conceive with a large (c. 10cm) Intramural / Subserosal fibroid...

Has anyone conceived or know someone who has conceived naturally with a large (c.10m) intramural / subserosal fibroid?

I'm not sure what kind I have but they could see it during a hysteroscopy. It's only 1cm and I'm getting it removed. That was the advice from NHS and private fertility clinic. Been TTCing for 14 cycles with no hint of a BFP. Has anyone suggested having it removed?

Unfortunately there is a difference in opinion on removal - some doctors are saying maybe, some are saying no.
