Is this an ovarian cyst or ectopic?

Hello I am three days past my regular cycle, got lots of pregnancy symptoms in feeling queasy which I don't normally get until 6-8 weeks.

Negative tests, no period other than discharge one day and this morning a little bit of brownish streaks.

I have been having some sharp pin prick pains behind my belly button and sharp pains on my right side, roughly where your appendix is.

I read about ovarian cysts so wondering if its that.

My temp is also higher than normal 37.3

Anyone else had a cyst with these symptoms?

I was convinced I was pregnant as feel I am, even have nipple changes etc...

If you had an ectopic pregnancy it would show a positive pregnancy test. Being 3 days late you wouldn't feel an ectopic yet either. But you might still be pregnant as it is very early so you might be getting false negatives :)

If you're in a lot of pain, best to see a doctor as it could be something else.

No clue about cysts, sorry!

You can have an ectopic without a positive pregnancy test. You should call your doctor for advice. Ectopics and cysts can get nasty fast

I had an ectopic. My ectopic actually ruptured on the day I was expecting my period, so I thought it was just a really bad period. I walked around for 2 weeks without knowing. All the time I felt bloated and had pain near my belly button. I finally went to a&e because I thought it was an appendicitis. They thought so too, until as a precaution they did a test and got a very faint line. I don't want to scare you, but I have suffered from cysts and ectopic. It's always worth getting it checked out. I've been in hospital twice with ruptured cyst. I would recommend getting checked lovey x
