Symptoms from stopping the pill - any advice?

Hello all,
I stopped taking the pill in order to TTC on 14th May. Since then, I had my usual withdrawal bleed and around 2 weeks after was when everything went crazy!
I have been having headaches practically everyday (to this day). I have developed tinnitus (never had before, doc doesn't think it's related to stopping the pill).
The first cycle I had a lot of pregnancy symptoms and my period was late by 5 days but apparently this is fairly normal in the first cycle.
So I'm now in my second cycle (I believe ovulation was a couple of days ago but I can't be sure) and the main thing that's still bothering me, apart from the tinnitus, is the daily headaches.
Has anyone else had anything like this or can shine any light on how long this may go on for before they stop? I would appreciate any advice to help stop me from going crazy!
Thanks :)

I would appreciate hearing anyone's advice or their own stories :)
I have read that tinnitus can develop during pregnancy (I was definitely not pregnant when it started) but I'm thinking maybe the change in hormones from coming off the pill may be causing it. Anyone else heard of anything like this?

Strangely I developed tinnitus a couple of years ago and thinking back it may have been around the time I stopped the pill 🤔 it’s not bad and 99% of the time I don’t notice it. I think it’s got better over time too. Could be completely unrelated as I go to a lot of gigs (now have earplugs!) but it could be linked!

Sorry that’s not helpful!

@Melamine not at all I appreciate you responding. I'm hoping it's going to get easier to deal with. My doc has referred me to ENT (ear, node &throat) so we may find a cause there but I have to wait weeks for an appointment!

I had headaches everyday for 3 months after stopping the pill including some really terrible migraines, they were so bad it took me 3 times to successfully come off it!
I really feel for you but just know it does get better. At around 3 months they started to reduce a lot and then by 6 months they were pretty much gone. The doctor said side effects can last for 6-9months.
I took a good b vitamin and I seem to remember that helping a bit.

@FlapJackered thank you for your response, and thank you for guidance.
I've had a fairly good day today, not much of a headache going on :) look forward to my body regulating itself!
