Could this have been an implantation bleed?

I had +opk last Friday (18th) so am 6 or 7dpo and today when I wiped after the toilet (sorry to be graphic) there was a brown mucusy discharge. Could this be an implantation bleed?

Feel absolutely fine - but had no symptoms with 2ds's until around 6 weeks. Finding this waiting around hard though - was awake for ages last night thinking about it!
