So my periods are regular every month , I started taking ( seven seas trying for a baby beginning of May ) ( recommend by a friend ) My period didn’t arrive last month, 1 took 2 tests , both negative. Its now 3 July. It’s still not here . My breasts are super sore. No nausea.. could it be the seven sea pills messing my cycle up ? On day 64 on cycle. Please help ?

looks to be just pricey folic acid plus vitamins - of course you should be taking folic acid. acid

these pills wont increase fertility or affect your cycle.

excuse extra words. crap website.

They’re just vitamins. It will have nothing to do with them. Probably best to see your GP.

No idea, you don’t say when in your cycle you tested. Was it after your period was due?

When did you last take a test?

Lifesforloving · 03/07/2018 23:15

Tested on the 16th June. Period was due on the 1st June

Why on Earth did you wait over 2 weeks from your missed period to test? Are you actually trying for a baby or just taking these 7 seas tablets for some other reason?

With the greatest of respect, if you don’t know that 2 weeks after your period is due is definitely not too early to test then you probably need to do a bit of reading up on ttc.

In summary: no you did not test too early. But do another test now just to double check.
If test is negative make an appointment with your GP.
It will be nothing to do with the 7 seas vitamins.

Best of luck.

You could have just had an anovulatory cycle, which can happen from time to time. Doctors generally won't see you until you've missed three periods as the odd long cycle isn't too much of a concern. It's just unfortunate it's happened when you're trying to conceive.

As you don't know when/if you've ovulated, you might want to do another test at some point. Sore breasts can often happen in the two week wait (time between ovulation and period) due to the increased progesterone so it might be a sign your period will arrive soon.
