Inositol and shortening cycles

Just wondering if anyone has had any success in shortening their cycles with inositol? I have started taking it this cycle and just really hoping this one is going to be better.

Any other hints and tips for shortening cycles would be appreciated!
Currently doing Apple cider vinegar, inositol, vitamins.
I do ovulate, just very late in my cycle so i'm wary of doing anything too drastic that will mess that up.

Hiya, do you have irregular cycles? Or do you have regular cycles but long? I have irregular and long cycles and have read inofolic (active ingredient is inositol with folic acid) is as a treatment for Pcos in regulating cycles, I can't remember reading anything about changing cycle length if you are already ovulating regularly. To be honest If I had regular cycles but they were just long (as long as it's not over the upper limit for normal) I'd just let nature do it's thing and not mess around with it. But I can understand why having long cycles are a pain!

Worked for me 😃

Thanks for the replies!
@loupelou7 they are long and irregular, some are over 50 days some have been 40s but I do always ovulate but it is not the same time each month. I am just worried my eggs will be too old by then to work?

@peachesarenom
Really? Amazing! How long did it take to work? Did you do anything else to try and shorten them?

My cycles were about 35 days but following inofolic I got my bfp in about 2 months

I had been trying a year previously

This is great to hear. I've just started taking them last week Grin
