I've been ttc for coming up to a year. I am now doing temps and using opks. I have a short luteal phase of 10/11 days but it also takes quite a few days for my temps to go up after ovulation so I think my progesterone may be low. I started taking b complex vitamins. I normally ovulate around day 20 in my cycle. I have no cm and no positive opk and no temp rise and I'm at day 24. Clearly the b vits have messed with my cycle. What would you do? Keep going or stop them? At least before I actually ovulated. I did get cm on day 11 and a positive opk but have had no temp rise so I didn't ovulate. I'm just getting so fed up with this now.

If it's been a year make an appointment with the doctor and let them do the tests that will def tell you if you're ovulating etc.

I take B complex after ovulation, that way it helps lengthen the LP but does not affect ovulation timing. It may have just delayed things this cycle

I had a very similar cycle to you. When I took b6, I didn't ovulate until day 28. I decided not to take them again. Plus I was really not enjoying taking all the vitamins that might help. I got my bfp 2 cycles later. That was 8th cycle post MC.
