Hey ladies ,
Am hoping for some advice .... so I came of the pill in December 17 but my periods didn’t begin again until May 17 . Me and my partner have been ttc since then , my periods are every month. However this month ( June ) it did not arrive ( I decided to try out seven seas trying for a baby . Could this of messed up my cycle? I have really tender breasts and cramps like my period is going to begin but it hasn’t ? I’ve done two pregnancy tests which are both negative. So confused 🤷‍♀️ help please . xxx

Yes. Seven seas can affect it.

It looks like you've had one period since coming off the pill... unfortunately it can take up to a year to get regular cycles after coming off hormonal contraception.

Your dates don't make sense to me... you said dec (8 ish months ago) but didn't get af until may (2 months ago)? Unless you meant dec 16 and may 17??

@physicskate Yes sorry ! I ment December 2016 and my periods then started again In may 17 ! Any ideas ? Do you think it may be the seven seas doing it or ? I had 2 negative tests ...

Yes, it could be. You don't need that crap. Just take folic acid and vit d. Those won't mess up your cycle. This could also be an anovulatory cycle, which, while frustrating while ttc, is totally normal every once in awhile.

Thanks for the advice, I’ve stopped taken them now 😊 will just stick to that then.
