Here's the new thread. This is a lovely supportive thread for anyone who has suffered the loss of a much wanted baby. Affectionately known as the penguin huddle- this is the place to survive the ups and downs of this crazy journey.

MMC at 10 weeks in December 2017. Ectopic rupture in November 2016.
Cycle 6 post MC. Trying since September 2016.

I'm still in a state of unknown! Last night I had a bit of bleeding so assumed it was my period coming (browny blood sorry tmi!) but it stopped then was very light today so I did another test. It was a bfp and slightly darker than saturdays I think. But now I'm bleeding again! I only miscarried 5 weeks ago. I've no idea what's going on with my body. Am I pregnant again or is this all just the hormones etc from the last pregnancy? :-( state of unknown!

@Gillead2029 hope you get some clarification soon.

Wow didn't realise how many of us were knitters / crocheters. I made a mobile for little bean but I'm a little reluctant to donate it.

8dpo and cramping like mad tonight, but that also is probably something to do with the beef burger with bacon and cheese and fries I just ate...

@Ells0204 don't feel stupid I'm 8dpo too and I did an ic too bfn also bit my cramping has stop around 5dpo , so not really all that hopeful this cycle.
I really have no symptoms at all no sore boobs, no pains, no tummy upsets of any kind and my temps are already dropping.

Have caved and ordered digitals online, they won't be here until Thursday so going to try to avoid testing until Friday, will be 11dpo then so think that's plenty early enough!

@Ells0204 and @Lilimum4 I thought I had some cycle twins on here, we're all 8dpo! Sorry about bfns but it is early so not out yet. I'm not really feeling any symptoms apart from a little cramping on and off, have always had implantation bleeding before but nothing this time.

How long after mmc did people have their af ? This is my 6th week. Will be 6 weeks since smm on Friday. Bfn. Starting to worry.

@Pancakes7 my last mc to AF was 33 dayshun but i be heard that it can take as long as 2 months if you still have hcg in your body. I hope AF comes soon for you x

Hi Pancakes, I ovulated at day 20 post SMM for MMC and then AF came about 13 days later. Next cycle I had an early miscarriage (/CP?) at 5/40 and still waiting for that AF although I started bleeding from the MC on the 14, so three weeks ago. I did have a random day of spotting in the middle. No chance of a BFP as haven't seen DP since the 17th June (currently based abroad).

What apps are people using to track? I use Clue, but i don't like how it deals with pregnancy (seems to have forgotten I ever had a real cycle). Tempted by Natural Cycles but it seems expensive. Any other free ones, or would you hugely recommend a paid for one?

@fnej01 how did your first day go today? I remember my first was ok, my second wasnt so good, but then i had the weekend and was ok after that.

Yes @PurpleFushia @Lilimum4 we are cycle triplets! It’s going soooo slowly. Apart from my cramps I really don’t feel anything in particular so can’t help but feel un-optimistic. AF due 1 week today according to FF. Seeing as I basically peed £30 down the toilet last cycle to end up with AF, I plan on testing with ICs until AF due date, and ONLY if she’s late will I get a FRER!

@hellotoyellow I’m using Fertility Friend, I don’t even temp but it’s been pretty good so far just for logging positive OPKs and stuff. AF has showed up every day that the app has predicted so far so it must be predicting ovulation bang on too!

@TinyPaws glad the clinic went well. Hope you get some nice thick lining in the next couple of days. I'm the same as you. I get different symptoms every month- cm, high temps, cramps etc. And every month my hopes get raised- it's frustrating!
@Spooples hope that line gets darker. Digi tests are less sensitive but less guesswork so.... i'd say wait a day or two and test again.
@KnitKitty it's just grapefruit juice up until you ovulate. I paired mine with apple but that was purely for taste.
@Gillead2029 could you call the EPU? Tell them that you are getting positive tests but are bleeding? Hope it's just your body sorting itself out.

@YellowDaffodils86 thanks for asking, day was ok, glad to get back to some 'normality'. Hopefully tomorrow continues the same, although I have no doubt there will be difficult days.

Sorry not grasped everyone's names yet but the new puppy is gorgeous - congratulations!

On tracking apps I've used Glow for ages to track my periods even before ttc. I just use the free version not sure how it compares to others as it was the first one I downloaded but you can log most stuff on it. (I don't temp so not sure about that) x

@Boboelephant Thanks! My symptoms were fairly consistent pre-miscarriage but my body basically went haywire as soon as I got pregnant and it's not back to normal yet.

Seconding fertility friend, I used to use it to verify ovulation and predict when my period would come (I don't bother tempting at the moment as I'm on an ovulation induction protocol but I still keep an eye on CM). Also very good is the book 'Taking Charge of Your Fertility', in fact I might give it a re-read!

@KnitKitty dead posh it was too! Lovely room overlooking the Thames, robes, slippers, his n hers sinks In the marble bathroom, and they gave us champagne at dinner and...get this...they COMBED our table! After the main the waiter literally came with a plate and a special comb/silver rod thing and combed the crumbs away!!!

We have brekkie tomorrow too-so hoping we may get posh bonk number 2 in before we leave-such an ace comp win! I just hope the swimmers have enjoyed it as much and hang on in there for my little egg when it arrives!

@Lilimum4 this is my latest project so far. A big blanket for my daughters birthday in August (or maybe just for Christmas). That mobile is just lovely, maybe a keeper?

I actually went crazy on buying maternity clothes from Mothercare after I found out, they're all currently still in the bag they were delivered in unopened up the loft. I can't bring myself to look at them until I need them one day.

@hellotoyellow I also use Fertility Friend and I think alot of others do too. It's not pretty but it's very good.

@knitkitty thank you. I think she's just very oblivious to the facts but I've never told her how I feel about what she's done.

I've lost track of who mentioned it first but what day do you start with the grapefruit juice, is it as soon as af has finished up to ovulation and then switch to pineapple for 5 days after?
