Well I usually have a shortish cycle (24 days) and I'm now 1 day late for AF. I didn't track ovulation this month so I honestly don't know for definite but guessing I'd say about 12. I Do have sore boobs and terrible headaches but that's about it for symptoms.

I think it’s a bit early for congratulations, clearly @Emma198 hasn’t been round for long enough to know that blue dye tests always give out lines Hmm

I hope it progresses into a genuine line OP, try another brand. Good luck Smile

Emma198 · 30/06/2018 09:19

Being polite @JustVent something you're clearly yet to learn 🖕

JustVent · 30/06/2018 09:39

The irony of your post is amusing. Let’s hope you didn’t get the OP’s hopes up by using the words ‘congratulations’ and ‘pregnancy’ over a potentially rubbish test. Because that would be utterly cruel.
Have a nice weekend. 👍

Emma198 · 30/06/2018 09:50

@JustVent what a delight you are. No more excited than the posts confirming we can too see a line a imagine. OP is late on her period with a positive test that whilst it's blue isn't the test with a cross which is notorious for false positives.

Hope you can go about your day without pissing on everyone's chips xxx

Hi guys.

I am being optimistic but I do appreciate I need to be cautious. I will try and get out today for a FRER. I have a feeling our supermarket only stock their own brand or clearblue plus ones though which means I might not be able to get one today Sad

Xx

I know these tests are notorious for giving fake positives but when I have used them they have always been ok. I had an incredibly faint line in April and I posted on here, people said the same about evap lines and to try a red dye test. I did a red dye one and it was negative. I did a few more and they got more and more positive until I unfortunately had a miscarriage. I do see a line, OP. I hope you have a healthy pregnancy x

Emma198 · 30/06/2018 11:10

I'm 19 weeks OP and still cautiously optimistic! Keep asking my husband when exactly we're going to celebrate. At first we said when we get to 8 weeks, then 12 week scan, then when blood results came back after 12 week scan... got 20 week scan next week so might relax a bit then I guess! (probably not!) x

JustVent · 30/06/2018 11:41

Our supermarket is the same. I always had to aim for a chemist. Either way, best of luck. Flowers

CheesecakeAddict · 30/06/2018 11:45

Good luck with the frer. They should have them in a chemist if you have one nearby. I can see the line too but as others have said, err on the side of caution until the frer confirms 🙂
