5 weeks pregnant can I take Imodium?

Help... I'm on holiday & started with a bad tummy... is it safe to take Imodium?

@aj1617 As far as I know it is not recommended to take Imodium when pg or bf but Dioralyte is fine.

I think generally it's better if you don't take it and live with the symptoms unfortunately
