Hi new to this group,
Me and my partner have been ttc for 13 months. Since coming of the pill about 14 months ago my periods have been on track give or take a week or so ... ( although it did take me 6 months for my period to come back again after stopping the pill ) I’ve recently started taken 7 seas and my period hasn’t come this month. I’ve had 2 negative test . Any advice? I’m completely confused and worried I’ll never get pregnant ?

Hi @Lifesforloving. That's really tough. Have you seen your GP? I think most of them get more helpful if you've been trying over a year.
Also have you tried temping or OPKs to work out your ovulation date? (I love the former but haven't had any success with the latter.)

@ChaosMoon I’m trying to stay positive it will happen at the right time, I havnt been to my GP yet , as I wanted to give my body time to get back to normal naturaly. Do you suggest I book an appointment ? I’m having periods so I’m guessing that’s a good sign ? As I said my period hadnt come this month, do you think it could be something to do with the seven seas ? I have really tender breasts. Like my period is going to start. I’ve downloaded a pregnancy app ( Clue) to help me know when i ovulate , nothing seems to be working as yet, do you suggest anything else at all ? Smile

And it will happen at the right time.
If it was me, I'd go to the gp now. But then I have a family history of mc and infertility, so I'd take the opportunity to just get things checked asap.

I don't know about seven seas but other conception vitamins messed up my cycle last month and gave me all sorts of weird symptoms, so it's possible. Could also be that the good news hasn't happened yet. Smile

I would suggest you start temping. You need a thermometer that goes to 2 decimal places. Then you measure your temperature when you wake up, within 2hrs of the same time each day, after at least 4hrs sleep. Each month your temp drops when af arrives. After that, you look for 2 drops in temperature and then a spike. Ovulation will be between the 2nd drop and spike. I've attached mine so you can see what I mean. Mine isn't great because I'm not a great sleeper, but Natural Cycles can still find ovulation.

Gosh that was long! I hope it helps. Sending lots of baby dust.
