Hi,
Has anyone out there experienced this? I have just heard from a friend of mine whose niece has offered to donate, they have an appointment in London this month. I would love to give her some positive feedback on this as she lost her little boy 3 years ago, he was 2. I my self had ivf using donated eggs from a donor that I have since been in touch with. At 46 I had triplets!

Yes I have had donor ivf with a known donor and it was good. Unfortuantly it wasn't a positive test but we are trying again in september. I found it reassuring to see her at appointments and knowing she was ok and not suffering. I am not sure about having an unknown donor would be as positive an experience although if next time fails i may have no choice but to wait till i'm at the top of the waiting list at the hospital
