What do you think of these symptoms - could I be pregnant?

As a brief background: been on Microgynon for years. I started the first week of a new pack (after having had a normal pill breakthrough “period”) and took 3 of the pills. Following this I missed 3 days pills and had what I assume to have been a breakthrough bleed for 2 days. This was nearly two weeks ago.
Over the last week I have been experiencing the following symptoms:

  • Fatigue / tiredness (though this is not all the time)
  • Feeling nauseous (but not actually being sick)
  • Bouts of heartburn, indigestion and (sorry) bouts of excessive wind
  • Lower abdominal cramping on and off (similar to period pains)
  • Milky white odourless discharge
  • Boobs not at all sore, but feel a little bigger than usual
  • Some constipation, but also a couple of episodes of loose bowel movements (sorry again). Concerned by this I took a pregnancy test as a precaution around a week ago and it came back negative. Are these symptoms indicative of early pregnancy (as in symptoms you can have within the first couple of weeks?). It just seems like it is all too much of a coincidence, but I don’t want to panic myself into taking multiple tests as I'm not sure I would feel symptoms so early?. Thank you 

Yes they are pg symptoms but also just PMS symptoms. Do another test to be on the safe side but it could just be PMS.

Hi, I'm new to all of this, I don't know what to think either, I've been on the implant for a year but 6days ago today I had it taken out and just as I had it taken out the women has asked me if I have had sex at all in the past week so I told her I had it a day before getting it taken out so she said there could be a chance I might be pregnant so I'm to keep checking with tests, so yesterday I took a test and there was a very faint line and as I took another one in the morning it came up negative, but I've been getting pretty most of all the symptoms, can anyone help me?

@Morganlittler54321 same advice I'm afraid. Test again in a few days, if you're pregnant you should have a better line than the first. Early lines can disappear with diluted urine samples so you need the time for levels to rise.

Thanks, I've been worrying like mad as I'm only 17 and going through a lot of changes and not too sure if it could be hormones coming back into my body when I had the implant out or if it could be that I'm pregnant.
