Has anyone tried inofolic?

Just that really, has anyone tried inofolic? With or without having PCOS? I've been having irregular periods, with light bleeding and only ever one postive opk, so thought it wouldn't hurt to try it and see if this helps regulate things. I have not been diagnosed but suspect I have PCOS due to gradual increase in facial hair and mild acne too. Be keen to hear any stories!

@loupelou7 sorry I've had no experience with it but I've noticed over the last week inositol has been mentioned in a lot of different threads. Think you can get it in powdered form from MyProtein and there's not much taste off it. Inofolic is folic acid with inositol. Id prefer getting the two separate. Get Folate also (folic acid is a synthetic form) I got some online Google Cytoplan.

I too have pcos having no luck ttc#2 Will read up a bit more on inositol and probably order it with co-enzyme q10 and Vit C!
