Quitting smoking + vitamins = late AF?

Hi all.

Does anyone know if quitting smoking can delay your period?
Or taking a new multivitamin? (Wellwoman, the ones with starflower and evening primrose oil)

I can’t even remember if we dtd around my fertile time this month 🤔 so I’m wondering if it’s either of these things that have caused my late AF.
I’m only 4 days late so not a huge deal but I’m usually on time.

How stressful was quiting smoking for you? That's all I can think of and it sounds unlikely.

See, I did wonder if it could be the ‘stressy’ feeling of quitting smoking.
But tbh, I’ve not found it too hard, especially compared to previous attempts. I’ve had cravings but I’ve not been raging about things.
I’m wondering more if it could be the vitamins... I’ve read a few things about evening primrose affecting periods but nothing conclusive 🤔🕵️‍♀️

If you're usually very regular, perhaps you're pregnant. Grin
