Ovulating or no?

First month off the pill and 12 days since the first day of my withdrawal bleed. I’ve been noticing changes in my CM, it’s definitely increased and seems slightly egg-whitey but not to the extent the apps are describing. I had sex Wednesday, and since then had low abdominal pain- smack bang in the middle and now my nipples are sore.
My apps are saying I should ovulate today or tomorrow but did a Ov stick yesterday and nothing!
No idea what’s going on, can any of you more experienced ladies give me some insight?

Keep going with the OPKs as you’re still in the average time frame. Do you know roughly how long your cycles are from before you went on the pill? Your body and hormones might just be adjusting still after coming off it and might take a couple of cycles to work out what it’s doing. I never get egg white CM and never have, btw! Some people do and some don’t I guess!

I’ve been on the pill since I was 16 so I’ve got no idea but I have fell pregnant before - and that was approx CD10 and first month off the pill at the time. So I know I can get pregnant and ideally want it to be as quick haha.
Did another OPK this morning and the positive line was a little darker but still unclear

Keep going with OPKs and start doing them twice a day maybe or you might miss the spike.

That said, it may take a few months for your hormones to settle down after a few years on the pill. Also, if you have sex every other day, you're guaranteed to have sperm available to fertilise the egg once you ovulate.
