Is it ok to do HIIT training when you're TTC?

I've been doing a HIIT course which is only 4 30 minute sessions a week but it is very full on (as you would expect)

OPKs show I'm ovulating at the expected time and my cycles seem regular. I don't want to do anything to hurt my chances though as I'm 38 so time running out!

To be honest I would tone it down a bit during your TWW. Pre-ov is fine though as long as you’re not underweight. I’m a qualified PT so if you are doing true HIIT (especially if you’re fairly new to it) I would probably avoid it and do something lower intensity for the second part of your cycle.

Ok, I thought this might be the case CT (that pre ovulation it's probably ok but maybe not during the TWW)

I do it occasionally, started doing a hard core intense version with a few 6km runs a week. Then found out I was pregnant. Will be toning it down and depending on how knackered I feel will still be doing it.
Ive always done some working out though so maybe my body is okay with it?
I think you just have to listen to your body.
Maybe just take a few more breaks and don't push it too hard? Even if it takes an hour?
