Hey I think I'm doing it right, I am new to this wanted to find out other people's experience with BBT,

Also and if mine are a positive.

So before ovulation I'm normally 36.1C which is 96.98F
During ovulation my temp is
36.7C which is a 98.1F
3 days after my temp is
36.8C which is 98.24F

Is it a positive that I could be pregnant? Smile

You need 18 days of elevated temps over the coverline to confirm pregnancy. If you're only 4dpo (which I think from reading although I'm not sure) you won't be pregnant as it's too early for implantation.

Generally your temp will rise after ovulation and stay elevated until your period. It might drop to indicate your period is coming or it might stay high and drop during/slightly after your period.

Unfortunately your temp will move around somewhat the only real signs that you MIGHT be pregnant they say are: a dip below coverline around 7dpo, a big temp rise around 10dpo and elevated temps above coverline for 18 days. Most people will see the temp start to dip as period approaches
