Implantation bleed?

I'm currently 6dpo (CD 21) and af is due a week tomorrow, yesterday I had a little bit of watery blood which I only noticed when I wiped. Throughout the day it then turned into a brown discharge which carried on slightly until this morning. Could this be implantation bleeding?

If so, would Saturday be ok to test - 9dpo or should I leave it longer?

If it is implantation bleeding, a BFP might show up 48hours after. (That gives the pregnancy hormones long enough to build up and give a positive result.) Fingers crossed!
