I’m new here. I’m 36, TTC #1 (OH has x2 from previous relationship).
Only started TTC this month, but had a long journey getting to this point-in fact, had pretty much resigned myself to being childless!
Had copper coil removed last summer, then had fertility MOT at Create-told all relatively sound, good count, good blood supply etc etc.
Of course, at 35, the doc recommended I get on with it or consider freezing. He recommended some healthy lifestyle changes (most of which I’d already implemented): giving up smoking (i smoked for 20yrs, I know, I know!! I am now 5mths ‘clean’ 😉), healthy diet (I have a good diet), plenty of exercise (I’m not a fitness fanatic, but I’m active), and to limit alcohol intake. I’m taking Pregnacare pre-Conception vitamins (for whatever they’re worth?)
Does anyone have any good suggestions for supplements, diet ideas or general health recommendations for TTC or the rest of this pretty stressful journey???
