-ve free 12dpo am I out?

Hi all, I’m still getting negatives on frer and am 12 dpo. No af yet but I had a cp last cycle and had lh surge over a week later than normal so was expecting Af to also be a week or so late. Basically if frer can’t oick up hgc at 12dpo am I basically out for this month? Or is there any chance? I don’t quite understand he science behind when hgc starts rising. Thank you in advance for any help

You may have ovulated late so there’s still a small chance. According to www.countdowntopregnancy.com/pregnancy-test/

I got negatives on 12dpo and 13dpo and a positive on 15dpo. I'm now 14 weeks. So it can happen. Late implanter. Cos I was 100% sure of ov dates (bbt and opks) good luck.
