About to start IVF - Advice on Mr booker -

Hi, I have been having fertility investigation At Shirley Oaks under Mr. Booker (only there because my insurance paid for it). Very happy so far. Anyway, upon surgery to remove fibroids Mr. Booker found both my fallopian tubes are blocked so now the next step is IVF. As the IVF will be self-funded, I want to make sure I am spending my money in the best possible place with the best Dr. As I live very far from Shirley Oaks we are considering having IVF at London Women's Clinic as he is also a consultant there.

So my questions are:
Should I continue on to IVF with Mr.Booker?
Should I stay with Mr. Booker for IVF at Shirley Oaks?
Should I move to LWC and have IVF with Mr Booker?
Can anyone share reviews on Mr. Booker and LWC for IVF?
I have heard good things about Lister, ARGC, CRGH & Zita West. Can anyone offer any advice on them?

All very overwhelming, so any advice is very much appreciated.Thank you.

@truffski85 can I ask what you decided to do in your situation please? I saw Mr Booker at Shirley Oaks last week and was very impressed. I hadn't realised he worked at the LWC!
