Hi everyone! Have nc as feeling like I should have a yellow sticker stuck on me due to increased awareness of my age!.

Am about to commence TTC but was wondering if anyone had any recommendations (based on personal experience) for specific brands to buy, such as vitamins/supplements, ovulation sticks, ovulation apps etc.

For info - I'm 38, never TTC before, had Mirena removed over two years ago (have used condoms since as I didn't get on with Mirena and didn't want to go back onto pill). I'm overweight (BMI 34) but have been managing to lose weight and plan to continue. I was investigated for PCOS in my 20s and told I most likely didn't have it, based on ultrasound. However, I have just ordered some Inofolic as my periods can be slightly irregular (30-35 day cycle), I have some hair and skin issues and I couldn't see any harm, other than to my wallet....

Any recommendations? Thank you.
