Bfp then bleeding

Just that really. My periods was 6 days late so I tested this morning and got a bfp then 3 hours later started bleeding. Proper full on red, period type bleeding. Why is this so hard? We’ve been trying for so long. This will be my second miscarriage. I’m heartbroken. We have dd (mine not dh’s) who is 15 abs two dsds: we dote on our girls but this is so hard x

So sorry. It's rubbish isn't it? I had exactly the same on Sunday. BFP in the morning on a FREE and then bleeding in the afternoon. This is my second loss too, after a mc at 8 weeks at the end of March. We have a DS is 22 months old, conceived after 18 months trying and copious amounts of clomid. I'm trying really hard to keep up hope, but starting to think that we may only be able to carry a healthy baby with medical intervention.
