Clearblue OPK- Waiting to test

Hi all. I'm hoping someone else has had similar experiences! I am a Mum to a two year old girl and I used the Clearblue Digital Advanced kit first time around and it worked exactly like it said on the box and I got pregnant on the first cycle and for that I'm so blessed. However I got the same kit again (so expensive as well 35 euro for 10 strip kit) and I tested from the day it said and every single day got a blank circle low negativity, no high, no peak, nothing. I consider myself to be relatively healthy and I have a very regular cycle and so I had sex a few times during the mid cycle week just for my own sanity. I am so worried about the ovulation kit giving me absolutely nothing and now I'm sitting here with another week or so to go to period time. I had sex during the day where I had a lot of egg white cervical mucus and so I'm pretty confident I had sex at least twice in the right window but still, I can't get out of my head the blank circle on every test and I'm crying myself to sleep at night over it. I know I need to persevere and I'm unlikely to be so lucky twice in a row but all sorts are running through my head from using the OPK I wish I didn't bother with one and just went for it in the natural way. Also, does anyone have any advice on the best pregnancy tests to use for detecting sooner- I used a clearblue back at that time of my first pregnancy but I wasn't quite so chomping at the bit then as I didn't really know what was happening. Any stories of negative OPK's would maybe give me a small bit of hope. Thank you all ladies xxx
