wasn't sure if this or health best place to go but here goes...
I've recently lost my third baby (long story on other thread) but am trying to read up a little on the best ways to get healthy and ready ttc again after this. After my first m/c I was very rundown - also open to anythign that people have found beneficial (even if for stress relief) after m/c in the past (This is my third m/c in just over a year).
I've got appointments with my consultant for test results etc in a few weeks but have been reading around/advised by otehrs that certain
Apart from keeping fit/eating healthily, what other advice have people been given? I've been reading one of zelda meads books and she is keen on acupuncture and reflexology. Have also been considering homeopath (have been in teh past and had mixed success-not sure how helpful it was when I was ttc last year when I went to see them).
any thoughts /experiences on this welcome
