How to ovulation temp??

Hi all I'm due af tomorrow, I've been tracking my ovulation with one step ovulation tests today is 13dpo but after a bfn with fmu I'm not holding my breath.
I'm going to start temping this next cycle, how does it work? Obviously I know what to do 😂 put when temp rises is that when ovulation occurs? Then does it stay up of conceived?

Usually the temp rises after ovulation so it confirms ovulation rather than predicts it - it’s great for getting to know your cycle but stick with the OPKs as well!

I recommend fertility friend as this app will help interpret your chart.

Thanks for responding, I've already downloaded it so I'm ready to go 😊 I read that temp dips if implantation happens, is that right? Hope I remember to do it every morning and not just get up hahaha
