I probably already know the answer to this, but do any bbt chart experts know if I can confirm ovulation on CD19? Any help gratefully received

I would say more than likely ov on cd19 but you may have to wait and see a few more temps. But ❤️ are times perfectly I would be tempted to still be using opks.

Do you track cm too? And how long is average cycle? Because Kindara is predicting ov today. Which means cd19 would be early ov for you. Are your cycles regular?

@Cakelaur thank you so much for replying. This is my first month tracking BBT. I wasn't sure about the rise as the last 2 aren't very high. Yes, I track CM. Had EWCM CD13 and lots of watery CD15/16 and a strong OPK CD15. I've been using OPKs once a day since and no hint of a line in recent days. Cycles are usually around 37 days but can range between 32-37 days, so not really regular. Last cycle I had a positive OPK and fertile CM on CD24 so it would be a lot earlier this cycle. I wanted to chart BBT to confirm ovulation as I know your body can gear up to ovulate but not go through with it. But I'm still just as confused!! Been TTC#2 for 16 months so I'm trying everything I can now!!

Try fertility friend (the app) it tells you when you ovulated. I used kindara and ff. I preferred kindara community etc and ff is better functioning.

Sounds like all the signs were there for ov around cd 16ish but temps don't confirm until later. Keep any eye the next couple of days and make sure temp is as accurate as possible. Some people find a better result temping vaginally.

@Cakelaur Thanks for the advice. I use Kindara and Flo but I'll give ff a try. I have 'day 21 bloods' on Thursday so hopefully that will give me a definite answer, just hope I've timed it right this time - very hard to do with an irregular cycle! I was hoping with temping I'd have a clearer chart but no such luck. May try vaginally next cycle to see if that's more accurate. Thanks for your help

I would say ov on cd19. But it's not a very obvious chart due to some higher temps at the start. But you had a Positive opk and ewcm, so they're all good signs.
