Hi ladies
Desperately trying and no luck so far. We're using fertility gel and opks Nd I've started acupuncture.
Does anyone know of anything else we could try?

Have you tried looking on you tube, the Americans seem to have it down in terms of hundreds of ways to help conceive.. ways in which I had never heard of !
I'm guessing you've been taking all the pre natal vitamins etc ..

It's all about timing. Have sex as often as you can around the time you're ovulating.
You could try bbt to confirm ovulation and track your cycles more closely. (I found this helpful)
We had sex 8 days in a row over ovulation, and it worked for us. We were trying for over a year, caught on 14th cycle, then sadly lost that bub then caught again 3rd cycle and now we're 14 weeks.

Good luck. Prepare yourself that it may take a little while to happen.

I know lots of people love the OPK's but I didn't rate them, just personal preference, I found BBT and charting worked the best for us and monitoring fertility signs

Nasal body temperature. You take your temp every morning as soon as you wake and it tells you once you've ovulated. General rule, between period and ovulation your temps are low, then between ovulation and period again they're higher. If they're high for 18 days, you're pregnant.

Have you tried an app.
I just used the app to track my period, that told me when I was ovulating and my fertile window. We then dtd everyday through the fertile window. My dh also took a tomato supplement that helps swimmers, gave up coffee and reduced alcohol.

Thanks. We'll have a go!
