Firstly not all bleeding in pregnancy leads to a miscarriage. My sister bled for four months even whilst pregnant. Her baby was absolutely fine. Try to rest if you can and relax. If possible lie down flat. Ring your partner so you have emotional support. If it does not stop after a couple of days and you are still worried ring the midwife. Don't take any medication that is not specifically prescribed as not good for baby. I hope you will be fine and have healthy baby.

UPDATE: I’ve had no more bleeding etc but I done another test, yesterday’s is the top today’s is the bottom, would it be going this bright if I was about to miscarry? X

That could easily be implantation bleeding. Nobody can say for sure if you will miscarry. It's the horrible aspect of early pregnancy. All you can do is watch, wait and be kind to yourself. It's a really nerve wracking time Flowers

I have two DCs and one miscarriage in between and bled in all the pregnancies so it is so hard to say. Although the bleeding with my DCs was lighter/streaking and more like your picture. My miscarriage within about 20 mins I was 99% sure I was losing the baby as it was more like a heavy period. No two pregnancies are the same but bleeding and spotting can be common especially if you've had some irritation/infection or sex recently?

I know that’s the thing you just don’t know, with my last miscarriage it was like my pic above for a few weeks then all of a sudden the blood came from nowhere and I lost the baby, so I think I’ll always be anxious, hoping it’s implantation as that was all it was and nothing else since and that was 10am this morning xx
