Just started TTC #1 - what does this mean? (OPK results/implantation?)

Hi! This is my first post here and I have only started TTC from the end of May, and I'm a bit confused as to what might be happening to me!

I'm so new to this and it's a little overwhelming, so any help or insight would be very appreciated.

For reference, I'm 25 and was diagnosed 6.5 years ago with PCOS. Taking Maca for 2 weeks, prenatal vitamins for 5 weeks.

May 28th & 29th - DTD
May 30th - Mirena removed
May 31st - June 2nd - bleeding
June 8th - June 11th - strong+ OPK test
June 5th DTD
June 10th DTD
June 11th - cramping (low down, one side), feeling very tired, hungry & lots of mood swings.
Today - negative OPK test - more cramping

Sorry, I know that's a lot of info, but I'm so confused! Are the later symptoms possibly signs of implantation? Is there anything else that could cause this? It's too early to take a test but I'm scared that something could be wrong!

Thank you Smile

Hi OP sounds like your body is just balancing it's hormones out after after having your mirena removed. It can take several months for your body to get back to normal.

Cramping/pinching pain on one side can often be related to ovulation. After having my Mirena out I used to get this almost every month in the day or two after getting a positive OPK. So it’s probably completely normal.

Implantation is usually around 6-10 days after ovulation so it would be too early for that yet.
