I am currently on cycle 14 in the attempt to make a baby. Just wanted any tips or advice really.

Have been tracking periods for almost 3 years now. My cycle is averaging on 26 day. We are taking all the recommended vitamins, no longer drink, have lost a bit of weigh and am very active. But nothing seems to be helping. Am I missing anything?

Partner is in the military so don’t always see them when I’m ovulating.

Currently on TWW as I suspect I ovulated on Saturday (cramps and ovulation calculator suggest this) Did the deed on Friday and again on Sunday.

Any replies would be appreciated!

Sadly there's no magic routine BUT.... we were trying over a year. Tried conceive plus (sperm friendly lube) and DTD 4 days over ovulation and got our bfp. (Sadly had MC 2 months later) then third cycle on from that we DTD 8days in a row, used conceive plus, eat pineapple core, used natural progesterone cream and got a puppy (which took my mind off TTC haha) and bam!! BFP! I'm now 13 weeks. 🤞🏻

Good luck babe. I know the struggle and the desire to be pregnant!! I'd say make the most of the days your DH is home (especially if you're ovulating) maybe start BBT and using opks? (I also did both to properly track ov)

But our magic recipe was lots sex I think.

Have you thought about tracking your temperature or using OPKs to help pinpoint ovulation?

Tracking periods is a good start but calculators only give you an estimate for ovulation, based on ‘average’ cycles. You may be ovulating slightly earlier or later, which could make all the difference if you have limited time with your husband each cycle.

@Blondemother I looked into tracking my temperature however to me it seems quite difficult to do. I have ordered some opks ready is this doesn’t work

Do the deed as much as you possibly can in your fertile window and 2 days after you think you ovulated, that's what we did and got our bfp and I'm now 29 weeks😊
