My periods have been really irregular since coming over the pill December 2016. Some months I will go 6-8 weeks before a period, others I will only go 2-3. Each time, I have a fairly heavy flow for 2 days and usually 2-3 days light at beginning and end, lasts no longer than 4-5 days.
This month, my period came almost on time, a couple days early (which is unusual to be so scheduled), cycle day 36. But on the lead up to my period, I almost thought I had pregnancy symptoms. My breasts / nipples were so tender I could barely touch them and they were (still are) rock solid! I had a slight metallic taste in my mouth, I felt sick almost every single morning the week before the bleeding started and I completely lost my appetite which isn't like me. When I started my period, I knew straight away it was unusual. I have had 6 days of light bleeding, not enough to wear a tampon or a pad etc, and only when I go to the toilet and wipe I notice it. It is more red watery blood than anything no clots (TMI SORRY!). This ended early AM yesterday so it's been 24hours since this stopped and my breast tenderness usually goes away within a day or two or getting my period and now they are exactly the same, if not sorer and still really hard....
Has anyone else had a similar experience? Of course I have taken a test, both came up Neg. Any advice would be greatly appreciated, sorry for the long winded approach.. again, I'm new!
