Am I pregnant or not!

Morning!
I’m really confused about this whole malarkey!
I’m 2 weeks late for my period!
I got a faint positive test a week after my missed period but then nothing!
Yesterday I got another faint positive and it’s gone again today!

I’ve had brown discharge/ pinky red blood, 3 days ago I’m wondering if this is implantation bleeding?

I’m driving myself loopy with the not knowing..
I know it’s still very early days but If I am pregnant I don’t want to do any activity’s that could cause problems for the pregnancy!

I've used Sainsbury's that's where I got my first faint test from then I used first response got nothing! I then tested with cheap pound ones and got a positive then tested again and nothing!!
I'm a compulsive pregnancy test taker, I lost a baby a couple years ago and now whenever I get an inkling I have to test and I'll buy loads even if I know I'm not!
(Should probably see someone about it but I wouldn't know how to bring it up!)
I'm just scared it's all in my head!
When I noticed the "discharge/ blood" I thought it was my period coming but this isn't normal for me and it also only lasted 2 days first day was the brown discharge second I had pink/ red blood nothing since!
I don't get on well with my gp I seem to get treated like a child!
So I don't really know where to turn!
I'm so worried I'm working myself up over nothing I'm going to test again tomorrow then put it to bed!

That sounds tough op 😩 I don't think you're alone in taking a lot of tests, I know I'm guilty too.

I don't want to upset you but aren't the sainsburys ones blue dye? I haven't heard a lot of good stuff about those as people say they give misleading lines etc.

I've found frers to be accurate. I know you said you've already taken one but could you take another tomorrow? X

You really need to ask your GP for a blood test, that is the only way of finding out for sure.

I work in sexual health, and to be honest we don't really recommend the First Response ones, the really cheap ones are usually the most sensitive (weirdly).

@MrsFinkelstein - just out of curiosity is it because they're less sensitive or not reliable? I see everyone raving about them and I've had a really good experience myself. Xx people would spend a lot less money this way lol xx

Some of them aren't as sensitive, as it depends on the levels they check for, related to the cost of them. But we don't do pregnancy tests (ie after emergency contraception or after quickstarting contraception) until 3 weeks after UPSI.

So we generally don't test as quickly as some.
It would be more usual to get a false negative result than a false positive.

Evening I'm now 11dpo and got a bfn this morning :-(

But the last two days I've had:

• cramps/ lower discomfort.

• really tired after a lot of sleep

• small nausea

• constantly hungry.

Normally for af I have some cramps day before but normally once started.

Not sure if I should just count myself out now or not?

I think mine is just wishful thinking!
Must've just either missed a period or the strange bleeding I did have was my period!
If I don't have one this month I will go to the doctors!
Very confused!

Back to square one with the confusion!
I think I'm just going to believe I'm pregnant because I've had 4 tests all show positives now.
Took a test with first morning urine I thought I'd flooded it because not even the control was there came back 5 minutes later and the control and faint but definitely positive, just looked again and positive has gone!!!

This is sending me crazy!
Doctors trip it is!

If the test line disappeared I'd assume you weren't pregnant or it's too early, if anything the test line can darken with time not lighten

I'm 12/13 dpo and just don't this clearblie this morning?! Am I seeing things?! Is there a second line?

It would be fab to tell DH on Father's Day the number 2 is on the way!!!

So confused by it all!

Hello guys, I am new to this page and I’m having sort of the same problem. I’m now 16 days late which is rare and have done a clear blue digital 9 days ago which said negative. I did do it in the evening though and not first wee. I am not trying to have a baby just yet and so this is worrying me. However, I stopped taking my pill Easter weekend because i was turning into a monster with mood swings!!! & was getting constant headaches. Since stopping my pill Lucette I feel more normal. I’m using condoms but need to get back into some contraception soon as my boyfriend gets too nervous and does like to double up. But I still haven’t had a period I had a withdrawal bleed on the 9th May-13th May I didn’t count this as a period on my Flo tracker and am not sure if I should of? Should I be worrying I haven’t had my period? I don’t even know when I’m ovulating anymore as I’m so confusedconfused my boyfriend thinks my areola is bigger and there’s bumps too. I have also period like cramps but no period yet. I don’t understand what happens to your body after the pill really and have read so much stuff just need some advice really. I hope all youse trying for a baby are successful! Good luck to all xxxx

I'm 7 days late now. Not done a test yet as I am scared. Might leave it a few more days then test.
