TMI PIC. POSSIBLE TRIGGER? Help :(

Currently 13dpo. Possible faint BFP this morning but not 100% as cheapie test. Just had a bath and this literally fell out as I was standing up. I've had no cramps, no signs of AF (due Sunday). Some minor spotting mid cycle after ov.

So confused and a little scared 😢

Anyone ever experienced this?

Dark brown discharge like. Quite a lot, very stringy and 'tissue' like
