Sex question!

So have been having follicle tracking. Went to see doc on Thursday, told her we had sex Tuesday and she said to BD on Thursday and Saturday and go back to see her Saturday. I have been doing CB OPK sticks and had a flashing face Tuesday Wednesday Thursday (tested 2 a day, last time at 8pm last night). We BD last night about 11 ish. It's now 3pm (where I live) and i felt like period pain, cramping. I poas and there was the solid smiley face. Does this mean I have ov'd or that I'm going to? And what about the cramping pain? Does that mean it's happening now? Do we need to BD tonight again, or leave it until tmrw as suggested?? How can this be so difficult!!!!

Firstly, don't panic. If you're ovulating right now the sperm are already there waiting for it from last nights session (they last a few days hence the sex every 2-3 days guidance). As I understand it you should shagging in the flashing faces and static is when the egg is about to launch so your timing sounds right. Little bit of luck is all that is needed now. Keep having sex a bit longer just in case ovulation is not happening but welcome to the wonderful world of the two week wait (for your period to not show hopefully!).
