Clomid advice

Hello, this is my second clomid cycle. I took my fifth and last pill on day 6 and am now on day 17. The day before yesterday I had a line the same colour as the test on the ovulation stick. Then yesterday I had really bad pains in my right ovary. Took a test again yesterday evening and there was barely a line at all. Still getting the pains although not as bad as yesterday. Is this ovulation? We've dtd both days anyway Wink

Anyone? I've still got the cramping.

Cramping can happen before and during ovulation. Unfortunately the only way to confirm ov is by tracking bbt or having a blood test 7 days after suspected ovulation to test progesterone.

The positive opk and cramps are indicative, but not confirmation ifyswim.

Thank you. I haven't been sent for any blood tests as yet. I'm just worrying a bit that my cyst has got worse.

That's a possibility... If you get proper sharp pains, I'd get it looked at.

You didn't mention it before. How big is the cyst and how long have you known about it?

Sorry- didn't mean to drip feed or anything. I have endometriomas on my ovaries. Largest is 6 cm. I've had it for many years (even when I was pregnant five years ago) and got pregnant naturally but after many years of trying and had a couple of new ones more recently. Consultant knows all this and still put me on clomid. The pain has definitely calmed down today.
