I'm really confused !

So I haven't had my period since April was due may 26th!
I've had a few symptoms, even got what I thought to be a positive pregnancy test! But since then I've had negative ones!
I've had brown discharge and light bleeding since then nothing that resembles my usual "period" at all.. I don't get along with my gp although I'm 24 they seem to treat me like a child!
But I really need to know for definite once and for all I've been in limbo for nearly a month and my partner is getting really annoyed with me for keeping on bout it!
Does this look like a positive to you?
And if so why would I be getting negatives?

It can take some people a while to get a very clear positive, however that is a positive.

Have you done a first response? That'll give you a clear answer. No point seeing the GP. It's perfectly normal to miss a period now and then. It's likely you are pregnant though with that result.

Since I got the "positive" I've done two other Tests including first response and they've been negative. I'm really confused by everything!
I know light bleeding is sometimes normal but i need a definite yes/ no, is there anywhere I can go other than gp!

DEFINITELY PREGNANT GOT MY FIRST DEFINITE BFP!

I'm so happy but because I've had bleeding im scared to tell my partner until it's been confirmed by doctor as I've been like yes I am no I'm not..
he isn't over joyed that I'm pregnant either so I'm scared of what might be the outcome..
either way I'm over the moon!

I lost a baby when i was 18 and I was absolutely heart broken never really got over it!

My story was so similar to yours.. I had a proper light unusual bleed that wasn't like my period at all.
I had the faintest of faint lines on tests but convinced myself it was negative.
How long did it take from your last period to get a BPF?

What test did you get a bfp on?

Chances are the GP won't want to see you. They have you refer directly to the midwife now.

I got it on first response but done 2 more and the lines are fading! :/
