Spotting one week before period is due

Has anyone had his and then not been pregnant? I’ve googled and just get lots of results for implantation bleeding. Not awful news but not the best timing 😬

Thanks. Here’s hoping then. I haven’t had it before - it would be my fourth pregnancy.
