I had my period on 9th May, usually a 5-6 week cycle. Never early. CD15 I had what I thought was spotting but it lasted 4 days so I logged in my app as a period. However, ever since my temp has been rising and rising. Could I be pregnant???

Possibly, have you done a pg test?

It look to me like you might sleep with your mouth open. I know it sounds gross, but vaginal temping will probably show a more steady temp without so many peaks and troughs.

In answer to your question, a simple pregnancy test would put your mind at ease.

I'm keeping a low profile, after, well, you know. Been quite busy getting on with things. Plus I was hoping some of my knowledge was being missed on here!

@physicskate yeah it was really shit. People really do appreciate knowledge on these pages so keep putting it out there. I had no idea that sleeping with your mouth open could affect BBT readings so I've definitely learned something from you!

Opened my new thermometer tonight (came without instructions) and it said "lo" so I assumed the battery was dead. Cue battery swap, cursing and googling lol. Apparently it means the air temperature is below 32C - who knew?

Hahaha! @Hidcat - Yeah I gave up on bbt after the first 12 cycles... It's a massive faff! I did do it last cycle at the request of my accupuncturist. Faff and a half!
