Does anyone know if a smear test would affect ovulation?

I just happen to have my smear today and I'm definitely ovulating Confused

Hey OP probably too late to be of much use to you now but had the same q a couple of months ago and several posters said it would be no problem but worth letting the tester know if you are worried so they can reassure you! and that reminds me to book mine, thank you!
