Went for cd7 ultrasound today. She could see follicles on left ovary but none on right. She said left ones were not mature. It was the technician, not the doctor. I have to go back on Wednesday for another ultrasound. Anyone advise me.

Cd 7 you would expect to see a couple of follicles on one ovary (and probably not the other as you alternate ovaries each cycle roughly). There should be a few/ couple. If you don't ovulate for another week, you may or may not see a 'dominant' follicle - one that is significantly larger than others.

It's really the progression that you want to track...

Nope. By about cd 10 you should see a dominant (or two). That's assuming ov about cd 14-18.
